At Beyond Yurt, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality, custom-built yurts tailored to your specific needs. Due to the bespoke nature and significant investment involved in the production of each yurt, our return policy differs from standard retail items.
No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or if you simply decide you no longer want the product after the order has been placed or the product delivered. All sales are final once your order is confirmed.
Returns for Defects or Our Error: Your satisfaction is paramount. In the unlikely event that your yurt arrives with missing components, is damaged during transit, or contains a manufacturing defect that is our fault, we are committed to making it right.
If your product falls into one of these categories, please contact us immediately upon receipt (or within 14 days of delivery) at info@beyondyurt.com or give us a call on +61340509216. Please include:
- Your invoice number or full name
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect
Our Resolution Process for Approved Cases: Upon verification of the issue being a result of our error, manufacturing defect, or transit damage, we will, at our discretion, pursue the most appropriate solution to ensure your satisfaction, which may include:
- Sending replacement parts.
- Arranging for repairs.
- Offering a partial refund (where appropriate).
- In rare and extreme cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, facilitating a return and full refund.
Conditions for Defect/Damage Claims:
- Claims must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product.
- The product must not have been installed, altered, or misused.
- All original packaging should be retained if a return is deemed necessary.
Shipping Costs for Approved Returns: If a return is required due to a confirmed defect, damage, or our error, Beyond Yurt will cover the reasonable costs of return shipping.
